Yes, but with some conditions. If you add Business Equipment cover and declare the full value of your tools, you’ll be insured when working off-site. However, we can’t cover equipment valued above £25,000, and there are some exclusions—for example, if equipment is left unattended, stored insecurely, or kept in a vehicle without being locked away out of sight. For full details, see Section D: Business Equipment in our policy wording.

Yes. You can cover your business equipment for up to £25,000 in value. If your equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, we’ll pay to repair it or replace it as new—provided it’s under 3 years old. For older equipment, we’ll pay its current value, taking into account wear and tear.

No. Our insurance excludes claims relating to disputes over the quality or outcome of your creative work. This means issues such as disagreements about campaign performance, client dissatisfaction with creative direction, or alleged shortcomings in deliverables are not covered under this policy.

Yes. Many creative agencies provide a mix of services that don’t fit neatly into one category, and that’s absolutely fine. You can select multiple trades or professions in your application, and your policy will cover you for all of them. If none of the listed options match exactly what you do, you can choose ‘Other’ and describe your services—we’ll then review and create a bespoke arrangement to reflect your agency’s work.
