To find out how to make a claim just select the type of policy that you have with us in the appropriate section below. Our specialist claims handlers will aim to deal with your problem in the most efficient way possible.

A dog in the care of an insured suffered bruising and ligament damage when being walked.

A dog suffered a leg injury whilst being walked by an insured, which required veterinary treatment.

If you are renting out a property covered by Protectivity’s Rent Guarantee Insurance, and you think you need to make a claim, please call the claims handlers, Financial and Legal, in the first instance on 0161 492 1639. Depending on the nature of the claim, you will be asked to complete the appropriate claim form.
