Select up to £10 million worth of cover against injury or damage to third parties, such as clients, or their property. This includes the legal defence costs should you be sued due to your negligence, as well as any subsequent settlement that is required to be paid.
Our Professional Indemnity for fitness instructors is automatically matched to the level of Public Liability you choose, to cover claims arising from negligence or error in your activities, including protection if you offer any advice or provide any tuition to your clients.
This benefit provides cover for sports equipment that you specifically use to carrying out the activities for which you are insured. This option does not cover any electrical items such as iPads, iPhones, Laptops, Sound Systems, Speaker or similar.
Optional Personal Accident
An extra benefit you can add to your policy, Personal Accident protects you should an accident occur whilst you are carrying out the activities for which you are insured. This includes cover for death, personal disablement and loss of income.
