The Consumer Credit Act (1974) also applies to transactions over the Internet. The Act limits your maximum liability on your credit card to £50, in the event of its fraudulent use. All liability ceases completely once the credit card issuer has been notified of any loss or fraudulent use.

You can check the information that we hold about you by contacting us. If you find any inaccuracies Protectivity will delete or correct it promptly.

Protectivity does not hold your credit card details on file. Credit card details and payments are handled by Pay360 by Capita. Pay360 provide real time transaction over the internet using Thawte encryption systems. All credit card details are encrypted and secured by Pay360 for your personal protection.
