What does our Pet Boarding Insurance policy include?
Protectivity’s Pet Boarding Insurance comes with the following benefits as standard:
This provides you cover should a member of the public be harmed by the actions of your business. This could be for a variety of reasons, such as failing to control a dog in your care or because you choose to operate in unsafe environments. Should you be sued by a member of the public, we’ll cover the costs of defending you and your business in court. This benefit also includes coverage for property damage caused by you and your business.
If an animal in your care was injured because of your negligence, this benefit will protect you should you be sued. Vet bills that are incurred in treating an injured dog or other animal will be covered, up to your chosen level of cover under this policy benefit.
Sometimes injuries can occur and there’s no one to blame. For that added peace of mind, you’re covered if an animal you are grooming is hurt and it’s not your fault. Any vet fees are once again taken care under this policy benefit.
You may take control of the keys to a client’s house in your business. Our policy provides cover for lost keys, as well as the cost of fixing any locks that are damaged as a result of keys being misplaced.
With every policy sold, we include £250 worth of Equipment Cover as standard, protecting you against damage, loss and theft of your business-specific equipment.
