Sports Business Insurance is designed for entities that employ members of staff, therefore Employers’ Liability is a key part of the policies we are able to offer.

What Insurance Do Sports Businesses Need?
If you are operating a sports business there are a number of things that you should get cover for as a priority.
This will cover any costs that are incurred if the business was blamed for injury to a member of the public or for damage to their property. If that third-party decided to sue the business, your insurance would take care of the legal costs.
As a sports business it’s likely that you will be using a variety of different things, such as balls, rackets, cones and goals. By adding equipment cover to your policy you ensure that your tools of the trade are protected against loss, damage or theft.
Like Public Liability, having Professional Indemnity covers you if the business is blamed for property damage or injury, but it covers professional advice given by the business or it’s staff.
If you employ members of staff, it is a legal requirement to obtain Employers’ Liability. This covers the business should a member of staff blame it for injury or property damage.
I was really pleased with how my claim was settled. It gave me great confidence that Protectivity covers me when the worst happens.
