Tailored Insurance for Mediators and Conciliators

Your role as a mediator is to resolve disputes and help both sides come to an agreement. However, being the messenger puts you in the line of fire and your clients could easily accuse you of giving them bad advice or claim they have suffered a financial loss.

Our Mediation Insurance can help protect you against claims of negligence arising from your work. In the event when you provide advice or a professional service to your clients, you may need Professional Indemnity and Professional Liability cover.

You can also take out insurance against claims for injury and/or damage with our Public Liability cover. Then the policy pays to defend you and, if you have made a mistake, compensates the person claiming against you too.

With so many features and benefits included in our customised insurance packages, you can have the peace of mind that you are covered and simply focus on your work. To get a quote you need to complete the short quote form on this page.
