Public Liability

You can choose from different levels of Public Liability cover – £1 million, £2 million or £5 million to protect you against the cause of accidental injury to a client or a member of the public while performing your treatments. 

Optional Equipment Cover

All of our Holistic Therapy Insurance policies can include up to £5,000 worth of equipment cover, protecting you against damage, loss and theft of the tools that you rely on.

Professional Liability

With protection up to £5 million,  Professional Liability covers claims relating to physical injury or psychological damage deemed to have been caused by your therapy activities.

Personal Accident Cover

By adding Personal Accident cover to your policy, you will have up to £25,000 protection against serious injury whilst carrying out your day-to-day speech and language therapy activities.

Professional Indemnity

£1 million cover as standard for protection against claims not only for what you do, but also for the advice you give. This protection means legal costs are covered if someone decided to sue you due to your negligence.

Monthly Payment Plans

You can choose to pay your policy upfront or split into ten interest-free monthly instalments. We ask for a 20% deposit today, with the remainder spread out evenly with monthly payments from as little as £3.65.

Q. What does the policy cover me for?

A. The policy offers the following cover:

Public Liability which will cover you for any injury or damage to a third party or their property caused by, or arising from, any tuition or instruction that you give during your business activities.

Professional Liability (also known as Medical Malpractice) which will cover is available to protect you against claims relating to physical injury or psychological damage deemed to have been caused by your business activities.

Professional Indemnity which will cover you for injury or damage caused by or arising from any tuition, verbal instruction or advice given by or on behalf of the Insured in respect of the activities contained within your business description.

The policy also offers Equipment and Personal Accident cover as optional extras.

Q. How quickly will my documents come?

A. We will issue your insurance certificate immediately after you have paid for your insurance. They will be emailed to you instantly. Q. Who underwrites your insurance?

A. Our Therapist Insurance policy is underwritten by Beazley. They provide insurance to over thousands of businesses all over the world.

Q. Do you cover students? 

A. No, our Therapist Insurance policy will only protect those who qualified in there chosen treatments. The qualification must be obtained by an accredited awarding body.

Q. Do you need to see my qualification certificates? 

A. No. You will only need to produce your qualification certificate(s) in the event of a claim. When you purchase your insurance we will ask you to declare that you have a suitable qualification for the activity that you require cover for.
