Free Cancellation: Terms and Conditions
1. The “Free Cancellation” offer allows you, the Protectivity customer, to cancel your policy whilst your policy is live without incurring a cancellation fee subject to the terms and conditions below.
2. The above offer is available to New and Renewing Protectivity customers who purchase or renew a Pet Business, Hairdresser and Barber, Therapy or Personal Trainer Insurance policy between 19/5/2021 and 31/08/2021.
For Event Insurance customers, this offer cannot be redeemed if the commencement date of your event has started or passed.
3. For the offer to be redeemed, and for you not to incur our Cancellation Fee, you must contact us by telephone or email to cancel your policy. explain your reason(s) for cancellation.
4. Failing to make a payment on an agreed instalment plan or cancelling a Direct Debit without prior communication with us invalidates this offer. If you pay for your policy by instalments, and an instalment remains unpaid after we have attempted to contact you for a period of fourteen (14) days, this offer does not apply, and you will be charged the Failed Payment Communication Fee stated in the Schedule of Fees in our Terms of Business.
5. Protectivity reserves the right to withdraw this offer if, in our reasonable opinion, the offer is being abused.
6. Protectivity also reserves the right to withdraw, change or amend the reward and structure of the offer at any time.
7. The Free Cancellation offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
