What's included in your Homeopathy Insurance policy?
Our policy provides the following benefits, some of which are optional:
Up to £5 million worth of Public Liability is included to cover you if, while your business activities were to blame for an injury to a third party, or for damage to their property. Legal costs are covered too.
Provides cover for equipment that you specifically use to carrying out the treatments for which you are insured. If this equipment was damaged or was lost during the period of cover, the insurer will cover the cost of repair or replacement of that item, up to the limit shown in the schedule.
Professional Indemnity includes protection against claims arising from not only what you do but also the advice you give. This protection means legal costs are covered if someone decided to sue you due to your negligence.
If you employ any member of staff, Employers’ Liability is a legal requirement. With this in place you are covered if any employee suffered physical injury or death as a result of the employer’s negligence. If that staff member sought compensation, the insurer would handle the cost of the claim.
