Our Indian Head Massage Insurance provides Public Liability up to £5m. This means that in the event of you being sued for accidently injuring a third party or damaging their property, you will be covered.
Professional Indemnity includes protection against claims arising from not only what you do but also the advice you give. This protection means legal costs are covered if someone decided to sue you due to your negligence.
We provide the option to protect some of your business equipment against theft, lose and damage. This optional benefit can be added to your policy and protects equipment valued between £500 to £3,000.

You can choose up to £5 million worth of Public Liability to cover you in the case of you causing injury to a third party while giving an Indian head massage, or while carrying out another treatment you are covered for.
Equipment Cover
In the event that you damage or lose the equipment you rely on to deliver your therapy services, we can incorporate up to £3,000 of cover into your policy to subsidise the cost of replacing the unusable items.
Professional Indemnity
Professional Indemnity includes protection against claims arising from not only what you do but also the advice you give. This protection means legal costs are covered if someone decided to sue you due to your negligence.
Employers' Liability
If you employ any member of staff, Employers’ Liability is a legal requirement. With this in place you are covered if any employee suffered physical injury or death as a result of the employer’s negligence. If that staff member sought compensation, the insurer would handle the cost of the claim.

A. Our Therapist Insurance policy is underwritten by Peach Pi.
Q. Do you cover students?
A. No, our Therapist Insurance policy will only protect those who qualified in their chosen treatments. The qualification must be obtained by an accredited awarding body.
Q. Do you need to see my qualification certificates?
A. No. You will only need to produce your qualification certificate(s) in the event of a claim. When you purchase your insurance we will ask you to declare that you have a suitable qualification for the activity that you require cover for.
