Specialist Insurance for Chair Based Exercise Instructors

Chair based exercise is a brilliant way for the less mobile and able to keep fit and healthy. As the name would suggest it contains a number of exercises which can be carried out whilst sitting and can include the use of equipment such as weights.

As with any exercise class it is important to have effective insurance in place to cover you should a client or third party bring a claim against you for injury or property damage whilst under your instruction.

All of our policies for fitness instructors come with Public Liability and a matched level of Professional Indemnity to ensure peace of mind and complete protection from the financial difficulties a trainer can face if hit with a claim.
