Specialist Insurance for Gestalt Psychotherapists
Gestalt Psychotherapist Insurance is designed to protect those that carry out the treatment as a profession. The policy includes a range of cover options including Professional Indemnity.
Professional Indemnity covers you against claims arising from not only what you do but also the advice you give. This protection means legal costs are covered if someone decided to sue you due to your negligence.
Public Liability is also included, providing protection against causing accidental injury or death to a client or damage to their property due to the actions of your business.

What will be included in your policy?
Our policy provides the following benefits, some of which are optional:
You can choose £1 million, £2 million or £5 million worth of Public Liability to cover you in the case of injury or damage to a third party or their property caused by your business’s actions. Public liability insurance for psychotherapists is hugely important.
In the event that you break or lose your trading equipment, up to £3,000 of cover can be incorporated into your policy to subsidise the cost of replacing the unusable items. These items could be anything that you specifically use for your insured activities.
Professional Indemnity includes protection against claims arising from not only what you do but also the advice you give. This protection means legal costs are covered if someone decided to sue you due to your negligence.
If you employ any member of staff, Employers’ Liability is a legal requirement. With this in place, you are covered if any employee suffered physical injury or death as a result of the employer’s negligence. If that staff member sought compensation, the insurer would handle the cost of the claim.
