As a kinesiologist, you are likely to recommend some lifestyle changes and self-care tips. You may also prescribe specific exercises for clients to practise at home before their next session. Our Professional Indemnity Cover is designed to protect you for the advice that you give in a professional capacity.
You will also have the option to include up to £3,000 worth of Equipment Cover to your policy. This will cover the cost of replacing an item(s) of your equipment that has either been stolen, lost or broken.

What's included in your Kinesiology Insurance policy?
Our policy provides the following benefits, some of which are optional:
Public Liability
Up to £5 million worth of Public Liability is included to cover you if, while performing your Kinesiology Therapy, cause accidental injury to a patient or other member of the public, or damage a third-party’s property.
Equipment Cover
In the event that you suffer accidental damage to some of your business property or are the victim of theft, you could be covered for up to £3,000. Just choose to include Equipment Cover on your quote.
Professional Indemnity
Professional Indemnity includes protection against claims arising from not only what you do but also the advice you give. This protection means legal costs are covered if someone decided to sue you due to your negligence.
Employers' Liability
If you employ any member of staff, Employers’ Liability is a legal requirement. With this in place you are covered if any employee suffered physical injury or death as a result of the employer’s negligence. If that staff member sought compensation, the insurer would handle the cost of the claim.

Q. How quickly will my documents come?
A. We will issue your insurance certificate immediately after you have paid for your insurance.
Q. Who underwrites your insurance?
A. Our Therapist Insurance policy is underwritten by Peach Pi.
Q. Do you cover students?
A. No, our Therapist Insurance policy will only protect those who qualified in there chosen treatments. The qualification must be obtained by an accredited awarding body.
Q. Do you need to see my qualification certificates?
A. No. You will only need to produce your qualification certificate(s) in the event of a claim. When you purchase your insurance we will ask you to declare that you have a suitable qualification for the activity that you require cover for.
