No, we do not cover for anything that falls outside of the following activities-

• Dog Walking (For walking up to six dogs)
• Dog and Cat Grooming
• Dog Hydrotherapy
• Dog Training
• Pet Behaviourist
• Pet Boarding
• Pet Microchipping
• Pet Minding
• Pet Sitting
• Pet Taxi
• Pet Transportation

Yes, we can cover you to operate anywhere within the UK. Whether this be at home, mobile, at a clients home or at a commercial building.

Yes, we cover for public liability. This is any injury or damage to a third party or their property in relation to your business operation.

Yes, we can cover them under employers’ liability. Whether they be full time, part time, volunteers or work experience.

No, we do not cover for loss of income if you are unable to do your job due to the equipment breaking.

Whilst it is not a mandatory requirement at this current time to have a UK accredited qualification, you can still obtain one to enhance experience and skill. If you are ever unsure on whether you need a qualification, please do contact your governing body.

We are unable to insure any dogs on the dangerous dog’s act list. We can also not insure you to look after any non-domesticated animals.

Only if the pool is free standing. If the pool is fixed into the floor, then this would be part of the building and under the building insurance.

If your business uses specialist equipment which was specifically purchased for use whilst carrying out your business activities, this will be covered under this section. (This includes technical or computer equipment, mobile communication devices, stock, or tools of the trade).

If the equipment was damaged, lost, or stolen during the period of cover, the insurer will cover the cost of repair or replacement of that item, up to the limit shown in the Schedule. (We can increase the level of cover to up to £30,000)
