You are covered by our Care Custody and Control benefit for an animal becoming ill while in your care. However, this does not extend to pre-existing conditions.

Yes, we can cover for overnight transport journeys under our Pet Taxi Insurance.

This would be covered under our Care Custody and Control cover, or Non-negligent cover depending on the situation of the incident and provided you have complied with any endorsements.

No, our Pet Taxi insurance policy does not provide cover for vet appointment waiting times.

Under our Business Equipment Cover we can cover for loss or damage to specialist business equipment purchased for and used in connection with the business.

However, we cannot cover for any equipment stored in a vehicle overnight, it must be stored in a  permanent building.

This would be covered under our Care, Custody and Control benefit, providing that the incident resulting in vet treatment has resulted from the business activities.

Yes, we can cover for pets in transit to multiple locations providing it is for the purpose of the business activities we are insuring you for.
